Employers Liability

This plan gives coverage to employees in the insured’s immediate service, should any of them sustain bodily injury by accident arising out of their employment.

The insured will be covered against liability at law for damages, claimant’s costs and expenses in respect of injury.

Contract Period: 1 year renewable. At renewal either the insurance company or the insured can decide not to renew the contract for any reason ranging from claims experience to premium level.
